Treat climate change as an opportunity for change
Climate change is the biggest issue we face in the long term and we must start to adapt to it now. It should be used as a driver for business development, refurbishment of housing stock, business accommodation and transport / communications infrastructure, and thus a source of jobs and wealth...providing these things are done in a low carbon way.

Add 'peak oil' to the four strands-oil supplies will decrease-prices will rise-we need to prepare.
